“I have been working with Alfie and his team at Docklands for the past 3 years and in that time they have never let me down. There have been times when I have needed a very specific product in a very short space of time and somehow they have managed to deliver. I am never disappointed.
I find their approach to be a breath of fresh air and they are so much more than a supplier to me. They assist with planning office moves, designing new layouts and discarding old furniture. Nothing is ever too much and they go above and beyond to help with issues which fall outside of their remit of works.
The delivery and install teams are always on the ball and know exactly what they need to do and when long before the install date. I have never had an issue with any product, be it a basic office chair or a full office fit-out.
Working for a public body like the one I work for (NHS) can sometimes mean that you are tied in to using suppliers who overcharge and just do not care about you because they are too big to bother. Docklands are not like that, they care about every aspect of their work and that is what I like about them. They will be the first to spot an issue and correct it.
